Aniko is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in the state of Florida who strives to make a long-standing difference in the relationships between couples and families. Aniko obtained her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Capella University.

Aniko’s passion is to help couples and families come together, create healthy communication patterns, build trust, and reconnect stronger with one another. Even when working with individual clients, Aniko is aware of the systemics and families that influence the individual. She works collaboratively with clients to recognize their strengths and set up individuals, couples, and families for long-term success.

Aniko understands that individuals are deeply influenced by the systems and families they are a part of. Whether she’s working with individuals or couples, Aniko employs a holistic approach to therapy, taking into account the broader dynamics at play. She collaborates closely with her clients to identify their strengths and create a roadmap for long-term success.

Aniko has helped clients, couples, and families in an abundance of areas. With individuals, she has worked with clients focusing on managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, stress, relationship problems, divorce and separation recovery,  and more. Couples and family work extends over mental health struggles in one, or both partners, building foundations, rebuilding trust, infidelity, blended families, communication, divorce and breakup recovery, family dynamics, cultural influences, premarital counseling, and other common couple/family challenges.

Aniko worked as a psychometrist under Dr. Shivani Saible at Saible Neuropsychology conducting neuropsychological evaluations with patients aged 17-65+. She assisted Dr. Saible in assessing for Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, cognitive disorders, TBI/concussions, ADHD, and psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. Working directly with patients over the years has fostered her ability to form therapeutic relationships with people of varying backgrounds and age groups.

In her free time, Aniko is spending time with her husband and two dogs whom she fostered. Her commitment to relationships extends beyond her professional life and into her personal world, where she treasures the bonds she shares with her loved ones.
