Our neuropsychology, individual therapy, child/teen, family, and marriage/couples therapist providers accept most insurance plans as listed below. Please contact our office to inquire further. If a specific provider does not take your insurance, do not worry as you have the option of billing out of network. Further information about how to submit superbills to your insurance company for reimbursement is below!
If a provider is not in-network with your insurance carrier, we can see you as an out-of-network provider. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, the plan will reimburse you a percentage of the therapy rate. In most cases, insurance reimburses around 60-90%. At the time of the therapy appointment, you are financially responsible for the service fee. We will provide you with a Superbill which is an invoice that includes all of the necessary information to submit to your insurance company.
Don’t worry, submitting Superbills to your insurance company is now made easier by using Apps on your phone such as Reimbursify and Better. You can take a picture of your Superbill and submit the invoice through the app on your phone before you have even left our office. Of course, we are here to assist however we can!
There are many benefits to using an Out of Network Provider. You can be assured that your information remains confidential and is not shared with your insurance company as part of your health record. The number and length of your sessions are not dictated by the insurance company, but are something you and your provider discuss together, and the choice is ultimately yours!
Our individual therapy rates are $150 for a 50-minute therapy session and $200 for the initial intake session.
Our couple and family therapy rates are $115 for a 50-minute therapy session and $130 for the initial intake session.
Our Neuropsychological evaluation rates range from $1200-$2000 and vary depending on the type of evaluation needed. Please call our office to inquire further.
Saible Neuropsychology accepts check, Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Saving Account (FSA). Full payment is due at the time of the initial appointment with Saible Neuropsychology.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
